Refund & Return Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to all programmes, coaching sessions, and educational materials purchased through Boostdrainpower.

2. Refund Period

We offer a 14-day refund period from the date of purchase. If you wish to cancel a service or programme within this period, you are entitled to a full refund, provided the service has not yet commenced.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

  • Introductory consultations (complimentary or paid)
  • Completed coaching sessions or consultations
  • Programmes or materials already accessed or partially consumed
  • Services where coaching or consultation has already commenced

4. Cancellation Process

To cancel a booking or request a refund, email us at info@boostdrainpower.world with your order details and cancellation request. We will respond within 2 business days.

5. Session Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a booked session (before it commences), contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. We will attempt to accommodate a new date at no additional cost.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may not be eligible for refund or rescheduling.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 1–3 business days to post the credit.

7. Programme Cancellation

If you enrol in a multi-week or multi-month programme and wish to cancel before completion:

  • Within 14 days of purchase, no sessions started: Full refund
  • After first session commenced: Refund of remaining weeks at pro-rata rate, minus 10% administrative fee
  • After 50% of programme complete: Non-refundable; completion or credit toward future programmes at our discretion

8. Withdrawal of Services

Boostdrainpower reserves the right to withdraw any individual from our programmes if conduct is disruptive, abusive, or violates our terms. In such cases, refunds are at our sole discretion.

9. Changes to Services

We may modify or cancel sessions, programmes, or services due to unforeseen circumstances. If a service is cancelled by us, a full refund or equivalent alternative will be offered.

10. Consumer Rights

These terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights under UK law. You may have further rights beyond this policy depending on your location and circumstances.
